Leadership Training
In partnership with Revival and Reformation (YWAM Kona), we at YWAM Amsterdam are launching a 17-day Rev&Ref Leadership Training from November 5–21, 2025, at our base in Amsterdam!
We believe God is marking a new generation of young leaders to bring a culture of revival — combined with Biblical clarity — to see revival and reformation sweep across Europe and beyond once again.
This intensive is designed to equip, inspire, and activate leaders with a passion for God’s Word, the power of the Holy Spirit, and bold engagement in today’s culture. If you're hungry for personal revival and ready to bring transformation in spheres of society and to the world around you, Rev&Ref is for you.
Reflecting on the history of revival in England under the leadership of John Wesley, the courage of reformers like Martin Luther in the face of fierce opposition, and the breakthrough William Wilberforce witnessed as he helped abolish slavery, we recognize that Europe carries a unique spiritual heritage — and a pressing need for a new wave of leaders.
Leaders who, like those before them, are marked by courage, a deep love for Scripture, passion for breakthrough, and zeal for prayer and revival. Leaders who will rise with clarity and conviction to see the nations touched once again by the power of God.
What you can expect
You’ll hear from incredible leaders who have helped shape our global missions movement, as well as sphere leaders from areas like government, business, media, and more — including those who have led bold initiatives combatting injustice around the world.
Teaching topics will include:
• Discover what it means to lead and pioneer with God at the center.
• Learn how to stand on unshakable Biblical truth in the midst of today’s shifting and secular culture.
• Be equipped to cultivate a deep, personal lifestyle of revival — where intimacy with God becomes the atmosphere of your life.
