Welcome!
We love welcoming guests to our base and to the beautiful city of Amsterdam!
Please note that we are not a hotel. Our primary focus is to host speakers, family and friends of our staff and students, YWAM Amsterdam alumni, and other active YWAM-ers from around the world. Due to limited availability, we prioritise these groups. This means we may not be able to accommodate visitors who are not directly connected to our base.
For those not in the above-mentioned categories, please be aware that you can only submit the housing request form two weeks before your arrival date.
If you’re visiting a staff member or student currently living on our base, please contact them directly and ask them to request a hospitality room for you. They will act as your host, and your booking will be prioritised.
Our guest rooms are simple and include a bed, sink, and chair, with shared bathrooms and toilets. Bed linen and towels are provided. Unfortunately, we do not have family rooms suitable for guests with young children.
A small hospitality kitchen is available with coffee, tea, yogurt, milk, and a variety of cereals.
We offer hospitality free of charge, as an expression of God’s generosity, we simply want to share what He has given us. If you would like to contribute towards the costs, you're welcome to do so.
The maximum stay per guest is 10 nights.
Please note: Arrival is possible between 09:00 and 17:00. If you're visiting a staff member or student, you can coordinate your arrival time with them. On your departure day, please check out by 13:00 so we can prepare the room for the next guest.
Hospitality is on second floor and there is no elevator available.
The number of rooms we can offer is limited and we prioritise personal guests of our current staff and students. We also prioritise YWAM Amsterdam-staff alumni and active YWAM-ers around the world, who are currently serving full-time at a base.
If you are visiting a staff or a student who is currently on our base, please reach out to them directly, so they can request a room for you and the request will be prioritised.
If you are not part of one of the categories mentioned above, you can only submit a request 2 weeks before your arrival date, this way we can make sure we can prioritise our guests. If you are not connected to our base, the likelihood of us being able to host you in our hospitality floor is small.

Please note: If you are visiting the base as a student, please reach out to your school leader about housing, because the Hospitality team is meant for guests of our base, not for students.
