The School

The School of Business and Entrepreneurship (SOBE)  is a 12-week YWAM school designed to shift students’ understanding of business while equipping them for an impactful Business as Mission venture. Offered both online or in a classroom cohort, the curriculum is delivered through 525 short videos, organised into almost as many learning segments.  Interactive questions and practical exercises reinforce each concept, fostering deep learning and real-world application.

Live staff one-on-ones, coaching sessions and weekly school processing times complement the core instruction.  By pre-recording the curriculum and delivering it online, SOBE ensures consistent, high-quality training accessible to every student, regardless of location and financial resources.

The Content Delivery

The School of Business and Entrepreneurship (SOBE) is offered either as a cohort or an online program.  The in-person cohort is hosted at the YWAM campus YWAM campus in Amsterdam, The Netherlands, enabling the students to engage in deep, collaborative processing of the curriculum.  These sessions are guided by SOBE staff, with many of the 12 weeks featuring instruction from speakers delivered via pre-recorded online videos.  Cohort students also connect with online learners, participating together in weekly live Zoon events every Friday, alongside global students and that week’s instructors.

For the online option to this 12-week SOBE program is accessible through YWAM Colorado Springs via this link https://www.ywamcos.org/sobeonline
