Who We Are
We are priesthood Amsterdam, a cafe in Amsterdam central who is longing to create community with our neighbors and to show remarkable hospitality to the tourists in the city! Our desire is to reflect on God's kingdom in the way we live out our faith! From everywhere to everyone. God wants to encounter people from all over the globe that come into our cafe. We use coffee to connect with people and to tell them about what God has done in our lives.

How it started
n 2018 a group of friends came together with a dream of creating a cafe that would function as a living room in the city center. A place where neighbors could come and get to know their community while having a cup of coffee. We wanted to be a cafe that represented the love of Christ through the way we run our “business”. Therefore our foundation for our ministry is built on three pillars which are community, hospitality and justice.
We want to do life with our regulars and Jesus.
Our doors have now been open since 2021, we have seen God encounter people in miraculous ways and have together with Look up (the bookstore that we are located in) created beautiful relationships with our neighbors in the city.
